TA6: Applications to Human Resource Management (90 points)

In this final section of the Team Project, discuss implications of your recommendations for Human Resource Management. 

Consider Week 6 discussions on Evidence-Based Human Resource (HR) Practices (or the lack of it.) How do your teams evidence-based recommendations contribute to the effort to make HR practices more evidence-based? This section must consist of three paragraph, each discussing the implications of your work to a HR function (see this lecture collection for major HR functions)

Finally, provide a paragraph to reiterate the main contribution of your Team Project, highlighting the value of these recommendations for aspiring or practicing managers. (20 points) 

Your writing must incorporate materials from credible sources, including your textbook, EIA materials, and other resources recommended by the instructor. Please cite at least one source from the textbook, and two sources from the other materials. You should also cite additional relevant sources outside the course materials as the scientific basis of your recommendation (6 points)
You must include at least one image (2 points) and one URL link (2 points)
